I have a 2006 Volvo V70. Recently I took it into Riverside Auto for a front brake pad replacement. During my visit, the courteous staff noted I might consider having additional repairs completed that are customarily done when a vehicle reaches 100,000 miles. The staff presented the information as a suggestion, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I agreed to the additional repairs and boy, am I glad I did. My old car now runs like new. The team was fast a courteous and made sure all my issues were resolved. After looking at my oil they even recommended that I wait because it looked good unless it had been a year since my last change. Because it had been over a year since my last change I had them change it to prevent any potential problems.

Great customer service for regular oil changes. I asked for information on regular maintenance and they were extremely helpful in taking the time to look up what might be required for my specific vehicle. The 5 minute oil places locally have made several critical mistakes on our vehicles, and it’s worth going to Riverside instead.
