I'd love to leave positive review but I can't get them to answer the phone. They've been open for an hour and I've called 4 times, once every 10/15 minutes or so. Edit: I've called 3 more times, still no answer. Called a total of 7 times in 2 hours, no answer.

Yes, this week we’ve been experiencing this issue, particularly between 8 and 11 in the morning. Our service advisor is currently on maternity leave and we have been having a lot more calls than usual in the morning. When we’re on a call, we typically don’t place the caller on hold to answer another line so this will make the incoming calls just ring. However, we make sure to return missed calls using the caller ID.

A mechanic whose policy is that they only work on vehicles less than 10 years old? What a joke. Is that even a mechanic shop, or just a cherry picker? Response to their response: Don’t make things up. I told you it was a Chevy Silverado! Your response is a joke too! 🤣 Don’t worry. There are REAL MECHANICS up and down the street from your shop. They were more than happy to DO THEIR JOB and let me SPEND MY MONEY 🤷‍♂️ Advice to others: Find a mechanic that knows more than oil changes 🤣😂🤣

It is the policy for European vehicles like yours that have not been under our care for prior years. There is more going on behind the scenes with vehicles like yours so we have to place a limit somewhere. It is in place for us to uphold the best possible service and parts availability. Reply to response: Was informed by caller it was an ‘08 Mercedes Benz that had been sitting up for a while and had a transmission leak. We would not have told you that for an Asian or Domestic vehicle.
