First, communication was so bad. I had to call to get any information. I was told my car would be ready at our agreed upon time, it was not. They had the car for more than 30 days and they didn't even have the part. Their excuse was they couldn't get ahold of the machine shop for 5 days ( but they told me it was ready?) i had to pay the machine shop separately, drive to Slidell to pick up part and deliver back to Riverside because they could not figure that out. This has been our family repair shop for a few years but not any longer. This should have been handled so much better at the very least Riverside should have credited me the delivery fee.
