I dropped off my jeep and left my key in the lock box with instructions for repair along with name and phone number. I needed a brake caliper replaced on my front right side of my jeep. I never received a phone call, so at 3PM I called and inquired. They didn't even know my vehicle was there but entered my info and promised a call back in a few minutes. They never called back so the next day at 12:00 Noon I went by to discuss. They informed me that both front tires were bad and needed new brake calipers, new brake pads and new rotors. I had just had a complete brake overhaul done 9 months earlier in another state with new rotors, new pads and new calipers. Bottom line all I need was a new caliper on the right side and the pads could be replaced but they were not worn significantly. This business was planning to take advantage of me in a huge way- very very dishonest and unprofessional. I took my keys back and had it repaired at another shop.... YES I only needed a new caliper, exactly as I thought!
